Changing images

awhile ago i was mentioning how many of the images in watchtowers last year were containing addins with skulls, demon like faces and blatant illuminiti imagery.

i recently went into the download sites again to grab some of those images and blow me away they have all been changed, cropped, edited, i can say that because i have some those original digital images from the magazines of last year, however the images currently on download sites are not the same some completely removed.

one such image of jesus coming on an ass has been cropped, removing the name of the hidden name of the artist,,,, and altering a huge demon like face on the window.... has anyone else noticed this?..

This just so happened to be the first real image I have seen , which is not meant to be obvious , its in there , I went back to the laundry mat to get that watchtower but it was gone , I believe it is actually just below canter on the right , it does not show up on the online cover photo , its there though . This is art work , and if the artist or proof reader didn't see this well that is pretty careless , or was it meant to be in there as just some artist likes to get his kicks .

When you are publishing magazines that are going out millions , one needs to pay more attention .

Note also on this cover , it seems to imply only men without beards will be saved , the art is designed to be very manipulative , but of course I am not saying nothing new in that regard , art work on religious works should not be designed to be manipulative , but only pleasant or attractive , but not manipulative , especially with ideas not in scriptures ; like showing all men without beards . How cheesy is that , I glad I can see these things now whereas 20 years ago , I never really took note of such things .

i know many on here have lost faith in the bible , is it possible that is because ones do not have the right perspective regarding it .

we have usually been taught by bad teachers , or ignorant .

i believe if we take an honest look at the bible , we will see that it gives us the best answers to crucial matters , it gives us some amount of bearings ( understanding ) , which without having such knowledge we would all be more like walking zombies in amanner of speaking , we would be lacking hope in something better , for surely something better is to come , how can we be sure , .

The fact is that we know that God allows these things to happen ; which brings up another point , where do we find the best explanation as to why God allows these things to happen . I don't like this , but what can I do , what can we do , possibly as a people we are not doing enough of the right things , we allow so much corruption in our society , and then we look at God and say . . . we don't like what you do , and we are ourselves not doing right and making excuses for our selves .

It is quite erroneous to say that I support the killing of children , the fact maybe that in those times there was no way to take care of children from which warfare would have left with no parents .

If you stand before GOD and point your finger at him , well that is between you and God . I wouldn't want to put myself in such a position , the fact is we know that God allows bad things to happen , if you think you are big enough , or intelligent enough to put God before a tribunal .. . I really pity you , obviously there are many on here that seem quite ready to do that very thing , You don't understand , neither do I , but I am not going to question the hand of God , and I hope you will think about this again yourself .

Terry . I gave you an answer on that question , there are of course other things as well .

VI , you need to make more sure of what you post as being what the scripture says , for instance at DT 22: 28 , it does not appear to be rape , note it says , IF THEY ARE DISCOVERED this would imply willingness or some desire on the part of the woman , some women have been known to really want sex really badly , is this not true . There is little here to imply rape , . . . vs 28 and seizes her . . . NAS this could mean nothing more than . . .takes the woman into his arms . . or seduces her .

In regards to the warfare where the women and male children were taken captive and later killed under the order of Moses , in the previous chapter it speaks of these people as having acted wickedly against the Israelites , the women turning the men to Baal Worship , and much more surely took place , note that before this many of the Israalite men were killed for Baal Worship , is this right , the worship of Baal involved child sacrifice I believe , at least at some point of time . WAS THAT A GOOD THING , NOT AT ALL . Were the Baal worshipers ever warned , yes they were by Balaam NUMBERS ch 24 , and probably again that we do not know about ,

I wish I had time to reply to all , except those which are just insulting me and putting words here that I am not saying .

I will though reply as I have time , I am a little surprised in regards to the lack of support .

Does everbody truly hate the scriptures that much .

The one comment madethat the Bible deserves to be scrutized I AGREE WHOLE HEARTEDLY WITH .

SO let's look at some things , the one scripture that is said to be speaking of rape , it is not , read it again ; whereas another scripture may be speaking of rape , but nowhere does it prevent the woman from leaving the man . The law deals with what is the best solution for events , which may or may not be able to be ctonfirmed . The man may think twice about raping the women ,

DEUTERONOMY 22 says that if a man rapes a women he should die .

There are other things said also whether it happened in the city , where the women could cry out for help , or the field where she could not be heard ,look at this chapter with a reasonable mind , how does such really apply to that era , is there a lesson here about how people should live to avoid possible circumstances , but we know there is always a chance for bad to happen .

Lets look at the rape of Tamar found in 2nd Samuel 13 , how was this dealt with , the one that violated her was killed , be sure to read it all , if you don't you may think that many others were also killed , but there is a clarification that only Amnon was actually killed , for the rape of Tamar .

We must understand that besides what is written in the bible , there were other explanatory writings that went into more details , the customs of the people are not 100% fully revealed in what we find in the scriptures ,

There were other events not fully recorded in scripture in every detail

Look at rape in our day , in the military , and so forth , and men get by with murder , false accusations , locking up people in jails for decades unjustly . It does not appear that are laws in practice are any better .

Now on another note , the writing of Genesis , here we have Moses , or whoever you wish to believe , standing upon DRY GROUND , a thousand or 2 thousand years after creation speaking of the creation of this world , or even if it was 100, 000 years later let's not miss the point of what is said about our planet , before man walked upon it ; what science teaches is very much in line with what is said here in GENESIS 1 .

MOSES ALSO GIVES CREDIT TO SOMEONE THAT HE BELIEVES CREATED THIS WORLD

Therenare people today that do not have such wisdom , to understand what is also said in ROMANS ch 1.

Moses speaks about the creation of light , although it appears a bit confused , the writer is getting the basics correct , he is doing his best under inspiration to write it down right , He speaks of a light being created , no he is not speaking of the Sun , but something before that , just as science is telling us , something akin to the BIG BANG , something happened to bring light upon this world , and he has the sense to give credit to God for this , now a few verses later the writer is speaking about the creation of the Sun .

No where else do you find such wisdom .

Many spoke of the earth being flat , or supportedby Elephants , but in the scriptures we find what science also revealed years later , now of course a wise man could reason that the earth was round , but to say that it hung upon nothing , where else does one find such wisdom , God revealed it to certain ones to have such understanding . Many other wise men had no grasp of such knowledge .

I appreciate your comments , but really what is substantiated knowledge . It takes a lot of dedication to attain just a little bit of knowledge which can truly be substantiated . In regards to what is said in the scripture that couldn't have been just the intelligence of some wise men . I will have to agree that some things that we were taught do not pass the test , other things for the most part will pass the test , some things still to be seen . From all that VI gave regarding inconsistencies, shows how the Bible was not plagiarized , think about this , the way some scriptures read , you can find something that is contradicting within a single chapter of the Bible , like an idiot wrote it . This is surely nothing more than an error in translation , also , how one says something can completely change its meaning , just a missing comma , can change what is meant to be said . Interestingly the Bible tells us to use common sense .

Is there a God ; probably nothing answers this question better than what is written in Romans chapter 1 (one ) .

Most of you guys have responded in a genuine way , and I thank you for that , you definitely give me a little bit of challenge .

There is a saying that familiarity breeds contempt , might this be true of the Bible , some people are just sick of it , and will jump to anything that is the latest fad ; condemning everything in it , because of some things that are not understood or appreciated . We know there are mistakes in the Bible , but what evidence is there truly of any other writings that give us the basics .

Mankind will destroy this planet if left to our devices just as the scripture forewarned us .

Free Mind , I am sure that the authenticity of there actually being certain writings containing more pertenant matters that were written before scripture are quite questionable and believable mostly to those that want to belief such , but let's say that certain writings were in Egypt before being written in scripture , then it would appear that such good knowledge was gained from Gods spirit one way or the other and found worthy of being in scripture . I appreciate your response sincerely .

In regards to Aten , there really didn't appear to be substantiation , only some things relative .

Just like people that want to believe in certain things about but he Bible and will find justification , sometimes not all that good . Some people have gotten so turned off by wrong understanding of scripture that they will easily accept things which are said about other things , but in all honesty really don't have true justification .

It s a real learning experience , I will agree to get to that which is really true .

In regards to people being gay , the scriptures speak of certain people , not that they should be killed , but something else , but one that promotes such a thing is truly going against God , just like one that would promote Greed , or has some other weakness , typically we don't act like we are proud of such ,but live with it the best that we can , that is all God requires of us , if we slip we try to do better , not promote things which are contrary .

Let's take a look at Law , Law will always prevail sooner or later , did that Rich Bastard just gun down or run over some poor old man , misfiurtunate woman or child , well Law will demand repayment of some form , and that life that was squashed will certainly be restored ; Law would demand this , and the scriptures say that such will happen .

Is there any other book that gives us a better understanding of where we came from , and what may be / is to be our future .

AM I RIGHT TO SAY THERE IS NO OTHER BOOK ! written before the scriptures in this regard that is more worth believing .

Was there any book written before the Bible to speak of thesacredness of marriage , of course we say . . . . what about King David and others that had MANY wives , OK , but really does it say anywhere in scripture that such was a blessed arrangement , or have we read into the scriptures this kind of understanding , is it possible some things were written for us to be more critical of .
